When I met don in 2016 to have a new water filter system installed, he stated that if we liked the installation, we'd love the service. Yesterday, he came to service our system and found a very big problem with one of our two tanks. The replacement cost was going to be very costly to say the least, I was not happy, but he was more unhappy. He contacted the manufacturer to say it was unacceptable that the portion of the water filter only lasted 4 years. The company absorbed the entire cost of the tank and parts.
